We operate on a book now, pay later basis for all packages — no upfront deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment is collected by your driver on the day of the tour, before the activity begins.

We accept two payment methods. Card payments (Visa, Mastercard and debit cards) are processed via our in-vehicle POS terminal and incur an extra 10% bank VAT and processing fee on top of the package price. Cash payments in AED are paid directly to your driver and carry no extra charges — the price you see on the package page is the price you pay.

Our cancellation policy is clear and fair: cancellations made 24 hours or more before your tour start time are eligible for a full refund . Cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour start time will receive a 50% refund to cover driver, vehicle and camp commitments already made on your behalf. No-shows (guests who do not appear at pickup and do not contact us) are not eligible for a refund.
