Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of safaritripsabudhabi.com and any tour, desert safari, dune buggy, quad bike, hot air balloon, camel ride or overnight experience booked through Safari Trips Abu Dhabi. By booking a package with us you agree to these terms.

1. Booking

All bookings are confirmed by WhatsApp or email after you submit a booking form or message us. You must provide accurate pickup location, contact number and group details. We reserve the right to refuse a booking where incorrect or unsafe information is supplied.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) per person or per vehicle as stated on the relevant package page. Payment is collected by your driver on the day of the tour (see Booking Policy). Card payments incur an additional 10% bank VAT and processing fee; cash payments have no extra charges.

3. Pickup

Pickup times are approximate; Abu Dhabi traffic and weather conditions can cause slight delays. You must be ready at your hotel lobby or agreed pickup point at the scheduled time. Failure to appear at pickup may be treated as a no-show with no refund.

4. Health & Safety

Dune bashing, buggy driving and other desert activities carry inherent risks. You must follow driver/guide instructions at all times, wear seatbelts in 4x4 vehicles, and wear a helmet on buggy/quad bikes. Pregnant women, guests with back/neck injuries, recent surgery, or heart conditions should inform us before booking; some activities may not be suitable. Children under a certain age/height restriction will not be permitted to drive quad bikes or buggies themselves but may ride as passengers where allowed.

5. Age & ID Requirements

Self-drive buggy and quad bike drivers must hold a valid driving license and present photo ID on request. Passengers must meet minimum age requirements outlined on the package page.

6. Weather & Force Majeure

Desert activities are weather-dependent. In the event of sandstorms, heavy rain, unsafe wind conditions or government restrictions, we will offer a free reschedule or full refund. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Behaviour

We reserve the right to end a tour without refund for guests who are intoxicated, abusive, unsafe toward the vehicle/buggy or staff, or who refuse to follow guide instructions.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a tour is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for personal items lost or damaged during activities, except where caused by our negligence.

9. Changes to Tours

Itineraries may vary depending on camp availability, weather and group size. We will always endeavour to deliver every advertised activity.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Abu Dhabi courts.
